Overview

Located on the Byeonsan Peninsula in Buan County, Gyeokpo Beach is a favorite summer destination thanks to its gentle slope and shallow waters ideal for families. Nearby, the dramatic rock formations of Chaeseokgang and Jeokbyeokgang cliffs make it a highlight of any West Coast itinerary. The fiery sunset over the Yellow Sea here is especially unforgettable.

전북 부안군 변산반도에 자리한 격포해수욕장은 완만한 백사장과 얕은 수심으로 가족 단위 피서객에게 인기가 많습니다. 인근 채석강과 적벽강의 기암절벽을 함께 둘러볼 수 있어 서해안 여행 코스로 손꼽힙니다. 해 질 무렵 붉게 물드는 서해 낙조는 이곳을 대표하는 풍경입니다.
