Bangseonmun Gate · 방선문

Located in Ora-dong, Jeju City, Bangseonmun Gate is a scenic valley along Hancheon Stream, famed for its dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear waters that once inspired tales of wandering immortals. In spring, the valley bursts into color with blooming azaleas, making it a favorite spot for poets and nature lovers throughout Jeju's history.

제주시 오라동에 자리한 방선문은 한천 계곡을 따라 펼쳐진 기암괴석과 맑은 물이 어우러진 명승지로, 예로부터 신선이 노닐던 곳이라 전해집니다. 봄이면 계곡 주변에 흐드러지게 피는 철쭉과 어우러진 풍경이 특히 아름다워 제주 선인들이 시를 짓고 풍류를 즐기던 장소로 사랑받았습니다.
