Yongjinjin Fort is a former military outpost built along the coast of Ganghwa Island during the Joseon Dynasty to defend against foreign invasions. Today, visitors can walk along the remnants of its old walls and enjoy the peaceful sea breeze while exploring this quiet piece of Korea's coastal defense history.
