Housed in the renovated former Gonghwachun restaurant building in Incheon's Chinatown, this nationally registered heritage site is Korea's first museum dedicated entirely to jjajangmyeon. Six permanent exhibition halls trace the dish's origins and its evolution into a beloved Korean comfort food, complemented by rotating special exhibitions throughout the year.
