Located next to Paldalmun Gate of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, Jidong Market is a traditional marketplace that has long been woven into the daily lives of local residents. Its famous sundae (Korean blood sausage) alley, home to about 20 specialty eateries, is celebrated as one of Korea's top three sundae street destinations, while the on-site art space 'Jidong Art Fora' on the second floor showcases works by local artists.
