Gwanhun-dong Min Family House (Former Residence of Park Yeong-hyo) · 관훈동 민씨 가옥 (구 부마도위박영효가옥)

This traditional hanok in central Seoul is said to have once been home to Park Yeong-hyo, a reform-minded official and son-in-law of King Gojong, before later passing into the hands of the Min family. It offers visitors a rare glimpse into the architectural style and atmosphere of an upper-class residence from the late Joseon era.

조선 말기 개화파 인물이자 고종의 사위였던 박영효가 살았던 것으로 전해지는 전통 한옥으로, 이후 민씨 가문에 소유가 넘어가며 지금의 이름을 갖게 되었습니다. 서울 도심 한복판에서 옛 상류층 가옥의 건축 양식과 정취를 느낄 수 있는 귀중한 문화유산입니다.
