Gatbawi Area, Palgongsan National Park · 팔공산국립공원 갓바위지구

Located on the slopes of Palgongsan National Park, the Gatbawi area is renowned for its massive stone Buddha statue wearing a hat-shaped headpiece, believed to grant one heartfelt wish to those who pray before it. The hiking trail leading to the summit winds through lush forest scenery that changes beautifully with the seasons, offering visitors both a scenic climb and a spiritual experience.

팔공산 자락에 자리한 갓바위지구는 갓 모양의 관을 쓴 거대한 석조여래좌상으로 유명한 곳으로, 소원 하나는 꼭 들어준다는 전설이 전해져 많은 참배객이 찾습니다. 정상까지 이어지는 등산로는 울창한 숲과 함께 계절마다 다른 풍경을 선사해 등산과 참배를 동시에 즐길 수 있습니다.
