강릉 월화거리는 신라시대 무월랑과 연화 부인의 애틋한 사랑 이야기, 남대천 월화정 설화를 테마로 조성된 거리입니다. 잉어를 통해 전해진 편지로 다시 이어진 두 사람의 사랑처럼, 이곳은 오늘날에도 많은 이들이 찾는 사랑의 명소로 자리 잡았습니다. 옛 설화 속 로맨스를 거닐며 느껴볼 수 있는 특별한 산책 공간입니다.
