Incheon Gaehang (Port Opening) Museum · 인천개항박물관

Housed in the former Incheon branch of Japan's First Bank, this museum is a striking stone building featuring late Renaissance architecture and a domed roof. Its four permanent exhibition halls display artifacts and cultural items that first arrived in Korea through the port of Incheon after it opened to foreign trade.

인천개항박물관은 옛 일본 제1은행 인천지점으로 쓰였던 건물로, 돔이 인상적인 후기 르네상스 양식의 석조 건축물이다. 4개의 상설전시실에는 개항 이후 인천항을 통해 들어온 근대 문물들이 전시되어 있어 근대화 초기 한국의 모습을 엿볼 수 있다.
