Held in Jangsaengpo, Ulsan's historic whaling district, this festival celebrates the city's unique maritime heritage through whale-themed performances, exhibitions, and hands-on activities. Visitors of all ages can enjoy a variety of family-friendly programs throughout the Jangsaengpo Whale Culture Special District.
