Seokpajeong was once the private retreat of Heungseon Daewongun, a powerful regent of the late Joseon Dynasty, nestled at the foot of Inwangsan Mountain in Buam-dong. Visitors can enjoy a serene traditional garden featuring striking rock formations, pine trees, and a graceful pavilion just steps away from the bustle of Seoul.
